Christmas Trip 2023 - Peak District
Our second SUMC weekend trip this year, we're spending two nights at Fallcliffe Cottage in the heart of the Peak District.
Those attending will need to make their own way to Hathersage Train Station on the evening of the first, from where they will be driven to our accomodation.
Fallcliffe Cottage is a cosy spot with room for 16 mountaineers.
Dinner will be prepared and cooked by SUMC committee upon arrival.
The weekend will (weather dependant) consist of some scenic walks through the local area, and a chance to practice outdoor skills for those interested in ropes climbing.
Tickets are £25, covering the cost of food and accomodation. Train tickets must be purchased separately, drivers may require reimbursement from attendees.
*Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any refunds. Please ensure you are able to attend before paying for your ticket.

For events taking place in Atmosphere bar or at night clubs, entry will only be permitted for those over the age of 18.
Ticketed events:
Ticket holders must be a current student at the University of Salford, or accompanied by a current student at the University of Salford who is named on the ticket.
Tickets can not be returned or refunded. Tickets may be exchanged provided the recipient of the ticket is a current student at the University of Salford. Tickets exchanged to non-students will be deemed void and entry will be refused.
Club Nights:
Student ID must be shown be shown on entry.
Alcohol purchased outside the venue may not be taken inside.
Security reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone they deem to be heavily intoxicated or under the influence of illegal substances (including laughing gas). Security also reserve the right to eject anyone they deem to be causing a disturbance, acting in a violent manor, handling illegal substance or in any other way violating the rules of the venue.
