Give it a Go is an events programme full of one-off activities for you to try with no commitment!

All Give it a Go on-campus activities are run at a basic introductory level and are designed for people to show up and have fun. We also have plenty of off-campus trips running but these will book up fast so make sure you get your ticket to book your place.

Try something for the first time or get back into an old hobby, meet new people, and gain experiences with our wonderful team of volunteers, the Student Union Activators. Apply to be an activator here! Gain new skills, facilitate events and even run your own! We love to hear your ideas and make sure our events are what students want to see.

All Give it a Go activities start from Monday 22nd January and run until Friday 22nd March 2024.

You can also get involved by using Team Salford Sign-up form. You can register your interest and be kept updated about GIAGs that we have and any new ones we may add. You can also suggest ideas on this form.
