Complaints

The University of Salford Students’ Union aims to provide service of a standard acceptable to all our users. If we fail to do this we want to know about it. This will enable us not only to deal with the specific problem, but also to avoid it happening again.

We have a complaints policy in place. This outlines:

  • the types of complaints which the Union will deal with
  • the time limit within which a complaint can be made
  • the process used for dealing with the complaint

All complaints should be made in writing using the complaints form, available for download below. Please ensure that you have read through the procedure document and are clear about the process. Complete the form with as many details as possible to help us to deal with the complaint effectively.
