Want to volunteer with charities but don't have the time to commit to a regular schedule? Give it a Go and Volunteering have teamed up to bring you an experience supporting the British Heart Foundation to raise money for their life-changing research. This is the perfect opportunity to lend a hand, gain some volunteering experience, enhance your CV, and meet like-minded people.

From 11am to 3pm, the store have arranged for a bingo card of activities for volunteers to complete to really get a feel of what the day-to-day life of running a charity shop is like.

There will be 2 student volunteers outside the Clifford Whitworth Library from 10.15am until 10.30am for those who are on campus and want to walk down together and get to know people on the way. People are more than welcome to meet at the British Heart Foundation Furniture and Electrical store (83-84 Raven way, Salford, M6 5HT) if that is more convenient.
