Did you make some of the standard New Year’s Resolutions a few weeks ago? We might just be able to get you started on the right foot and stick them out in 2017…
Rolling multiple goals into one is certainly a good way to start. We’re thinking of the obvious dieting, getting fitter, cutting out fast foods, becoming more positive and generally improving your mental & physical wellbeing. You can tackle all of these in one go with our Give Sport A Go programme, which will be up and running throughout the coming semester.
Delivered with no pressure on participants, we put on weekly drop-in sessions with absolutely no full term commitment. Our sessions provide a non-competitive and relaxed environment to participate in, whatever your ability. It can be whatever you make of it; a laugh with mates, a way of meeting new people, getting active or simply something to get you out of the library for a couple of hours!!
Give Sport A Go sessions include:
Sessions are open to all students and staff (females only with ‘This Salford Girl Can’ sessions) on a free or pay-as-you-go basis. Need more convincing?
