If you need to talk to someone outside business hours, call Nightline (8:00pm to 8:00am). Nightline is a specific student wellbeing phone service that offers an ear to listen. If you’re feeling down or overwhelmed or just need to get something off your chest anonymously, Nightline can help. Their number is on the back of your student card.
You can also use the Samaritans support service on 0161 236 8000 (8:30am to 8:30pm).
Good luck! Lots of love, your Students' Union
