The University of Salford Students’ Union is proud to re-launch our exciting and student led social space on Peel campus, Atmosphere Kitchen and Bar. Open to students, university staff and their guests, Atmosphere Kitchen and Bar has enjoyed huge popularity since we opened our renovated venue in September 2014.

We spent Semester One gathering feedback from our students and staff, piloting menus, the brand, pricing and events to see what students liked or didn’t like. That feedback has now been implemented and we are very excited to unveil the new menus, design and a full semester of events next week, starting 16 February 2015.

What you can expect to see:

• Atmosphere brand now space/cosmos influenced
• Extended healthy option range including improved salads
• Extended vegetarian and vegan options
• Themed daily deals, such as curry and a pint night
• Daily events and special monthly student led events
• More cultural and cross cultural events to encourage socialising
• Cake and coffee deals
• Reduced prices on some items
• Expansion of our breakfast menus and special early bird deals

We are proud to be the only not for profit catering outlet on campus, reinvesting every penny of student staff money back into the Salford student experience.

Thanks to all those students who let us know how we were doing and have continued to support us in this learning. We will continue to listen to you and improve, ensuring that campus entertainment and socialising space works for you!

Atmosphere is open from 830am until 11pm serving coffee, hot meals, new range of drinks, grab and go options and snacks. Students can deliver their own events and have free room bookings for their events. Send any feedback and comments to the President at USSU-President@salford.ac.uk
