You are warmly invited to the Students' Union's Annual General Meeting. At the AGM, you will have the opportunity of viewing and approving the Union's finances, affiliations and audit arrangements for the last financial year.  There will also be an opportunity to ask open questions of the organisation's Trustees.

The re-scheduled AGM takes place on the 27th January at 12pm in Boardroom 1 of the Students' Union. 

Business to be transacted includes:

• ratification of minutes of previous AGM
• receiving the report of the Trustees on the Union’s activities since the previous AGM
• receiving the accounts of the Union for the previous financial year
• appointment of the auditors
• approving the list of affiliations of the Union
• open questions to the Trustees by the Members
