Returning Officer

The Returning Officer is provided by the National Union of Students (NUS)

The Deputy Returning Officer is Lauren Beckett (Director of Advocacy- USSU) - If you wish to contact the Deputy Returning Officer you should email elections-ussu@salford.ac.uk.

 

Voting

Voting will take place online using the Alternative Vote System. There will be a separate election for each position.

 

Complaints

Complaints must be submitted by 9:00 am on Friday 10th March. - All complaints must be submitted via the online form.

Nominations Open: 9:00 am Monday 16th January

Nominations Close: 12:00 pm Thursday 23rd February

Candidate Manifesto Development Day 1: 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm Friday 24th February

Candidate Manifesto Development Day 2: 11:00 am – 2:00 pm Saturday 25th February

Manifesto & Video Deadline: 2:00 pm Wednesday 1st March

Voting Opens: 9:00 am Tuesday 7th March

Voting Closes: 4:00 pm Thursday 9th March
