In November 2019, following consultation with the Societies & Sports Student Executive, the Union's Board of Trustees approved a new code of conduct for all Union members. This policy includes all society and sports club (student group) activity and includes the complaints procedure for any member. Complaints can be made by an individual(s) or a student group, and can be made about any other Union member(s) or about a student group.
You are encouraged to familiarise yourselves with this policy.
All complaints should be made in writing and emailed directly to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please ensure that you have read through the procedure document and are clear about the process. When writing your complaint, please include as many details as possible to help us to deal with it effectively.
