The Advice Centre deals primarily with academic related casework, and this role will take a triage approach to handling queries that come through the door, ensuring that students get support in a quick and reliable manner.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, empathetic and solution-focused individual to fill this post, which will provide excellent experience for anyone looking to work in a person centred, advice and guidance or support role.
