About Us

Our society aims to bring together LGBTQ+ people at the University of Salford by creating a social environment which is safe, fun and informal. We meet every Tuesday at 7.30pm in the Student Activities hub in University House, these meetings are open to anyone who wants to come along and meet like-minded people and take part in a variety of LGBTQ+ related events through out the year.

We understand that attending LGBTQ+ meetings for the first time can be a nerve-racking experience. A committee member will always be more than happy to meet with you before any meeting, all you need to do is drop us an email or message us on facebook.

We operate a successful no-outing policy so you don't need to worry about your sexual orientation being disclosed to anyone outside of the society.

Remember, you don't have to pay membership before you attend, and your first session is ALWAYS free!
