About Us

Salford University Hockey Club welcome players of all abilities, both student and local hockey enthusiasts.  We have two Wednesday teams (men and women) which take part in BUCs and also two Saturday teams (men and women) which are part of the A league which plays acorss the country.  We also take part in the annual Varsity against Chester University alsong with the rest of the University.

Remember, you don't have to pay membership before you attend, your first session is ALWAYS free and you can join at ANY point in the year!

 BUCS Membership - Returners £100 Access to all training, Wednesday BUCS matches and events (Excludes kit)
 Weekend Membership - Returners £120 Access to all training, Saturday Matches and events (Excludes kit).
Full Membership £190  Access to all training, Wednesday & Saturday Matches plus events (Includes Under Armour playing kit)
BUCS Membership £150  Access to all training, Wednesday BUCS matches and events (Includes Under Armour playing kit)
Weekend Membership £170  Access to all training, Saturday Matches and events (Includes Under Armour playing kit)
Social Membership £35 This membership allows access to Hockey Socials and club benefits
Standard Membership £90  Access to all training & events (Includes Under Armour playing kit).  This membership requires members to pay match fees

 

We have a welcome day event on the saturday of Welcome Week (23rd September) which is where we ask new people to join us at the Albion Academy for a day of testing out their hockey skills in a bunch of fun drills to see their ability and for them to meet current members of the club.  

Then in the evening our social secs will have organised a social for everyone so that newbies can get a taste of what a hockey social is like and get to know everyone a bit better.
