Volunteering through one of the many charities partnered with Salford SU is the perfect way to do this and at the USSU Volunteering Fair you'll get a chance to speak directly to a whole host of local charities providing volunteer opportunities for you!
Head down to The North Side at University House on Tuesday 17th Jan, where from 1-4pm a whole host of charities will be there to talk face-to-face with you about the amazing work they do. It will be a great chance to ask any questions you might have about volunteering and get a taste about what opportunities are available to you.
Interested in tackling food poverty and waste? There's a charity for that! Do you want to make sure festivals and gigs are a safe and enjoyable space? There's a charity for that! Want to help a child currently in the care system? There's a charity for that!
The fair will be the perfect way to get started doing something you're passionate about, or if you're unsure about what you're interested in, then it's the perfect place to talk and get inspired.
