Following the launch of its 18-month partnership to promote mental health awareness, Swizzels and YoungMinds invites you to attend its first ever wellbeing session for students!
The session will take place at 12pm in the Wellbeing Hub, University House on Wednesday 7th December, with YoungMinds Trainer Consultant, Jess Leigh, discussing how those at university can develop a shared understanding of mental health and wellbeing, identify ways of improving and looking after our wellbeing, whilst considering the role kindness plays in mental health.
Plus – there will be plenty of free Kind Hearts (also known as Love Hearts) to snack on during the session!

For events taking place in Atmosphere bar or at night clubs, entry will only be permitted for those over the age of 18.
Ticketed events:
Ticket holders must be a current student at the University of Salford, or accompanied by a current student at the University of Salford who is named on the ticket.
Tickets can not be returned or refunded. Tickets may be exchanged provided the recipient of the ticket is a current student at the University of Salford. Tickets exchanged to non-students will be deemed void and entry will be refused.
Club Nights:
Student ID must be shown be shown on entry.
Alcohol purchased outside the venue may not be taken inside.
Security reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone they deem to be heavily intoxicated or under the influence of illegal substances (including laughing gas). Security also reserve the right to eject anyone they deem to be causing a disturbance, acting in a violent manor, handling illegal substance or in any other way violating the rules of the venue.
