Give it a Go DJ Soc
Give it a Go is an events programme full of one-off activities for you to try with no commitment!
All Give it a Go activities are run at a basic introductory level and should be suitable for beginners.
Try something for the first time or get back into an old hobby, meet new people, and gain experience. No need to book, just turn up and have fun!
Join us for GIAG DJ Soc Monday 21:00 - 23:00 in That End of the North Side in University House.
Mondays are regular practice and social sessions for DJ Soc where they bring out Atmosphere's club-standard Pioneer DJ suite and let you all lose at the controls. If you have some new music to break in or want to know how to play on top-tier kit, this is the place to be 😁 They bring surprise equipment or changes every week to keep you on your toes. There will also be a beginner setup for those only just starting to learn how to DJ.
Bring your USB and headphones if you have them, but otherwise just come along and enjoy!

For events taking place in Atmosphere bar or at night clubs, entry will only be permitted for those over the age of 18.
Ticketed events:
Ticket holders must be a current student at the University of Salford, or accompanied by a current student at the University of Salford who is named on the ticket.
Tickets can not be returned or refunded. Tickets may be exchanged provided the recipient of the ticket is a current student at the University of Salford. Tickets exchanged to non-students will be deemed void and entry will be refused.
Club Nights:
Student ID must be shown be shown on entry.
Alcohol purchased outside the venue may not be taken inside.
Security reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone they deem to be heavily intoxicated or under the influence of illegal substances (including laughing gas). Security also reserve the right to eject anyone they deem to be causing a disturbance, acting in a violent manor, handling illegal substance or in any other way violating the rules of the venue.
