Guide for Staff

The annual Students' Union elections are approaching and many students will be thinking about putting themselves forward to play a key role in shaping their time and the student experience at the University of Salford.

Being a full-time Student Officer is a hugely rewarding experience for students, helping them to learn new skills and boost their CVs, work with students and staff to make change at UoS and most crucially hear and act on students' needs, feedback and views.

We would appreciate your help in raising awareness of the elections and encouraging students you know to put themselves forward, and also in being understanding of students who are in the process of standing for election.
