We’re proud to have been awarded a Green Sound Impact Bronze Award for 2012/13 in recognition of the work we've undertaken. But we are always looking to improve and have set our sights on achieving silver next!
If the environment is something you care about, then get involved with your Union. By submitting an idea to one of our forums, you could achieve real change at a Union, University or City level.
You could also join the Green Society, a student group which campaigns on environmental issues. Contact Student Activities for details.

If you've seen lights left on and wasting energy, take a picture and submit it to the NUS Snap It Off campaign
- The Students' Union has signed up to the 10:10 Campaign to reduce carbon emissions and encourages its members to do the same. Find out more about the campaign and its impact here
