► Running an Activity Group
Do you have an interest not currently represented by an Activity Group here at Salford? Have you thought about running one yourself? It could be simpler than you think - we’ll talk you through how to do it and provide you with all the support you need!
Not only will running an Activity Group enable you to start or keep up an interest and meet other like-minded students, you’ll also have the chance to develop a range of skills and experience, including those that could help you stand out from the crowd when it comes to finding a job.
Your Activity Group might even have been set up already! Over 40 Activity Groups at Salford have been set up but need someone to run them. All these clubs and societies already have money in the bank – they just need students to get the ball rolling by recruiting new members and organising meetings. Click here to view the list.
