The University of Salford Students' Union are proud to announce that the students of Salford have selected Under Armour to become official kit supplier for the Union.

Under Armour will supply the Club Sport, Intramural Sport and Give Sport A Go programmes with kit, as well as supplying, if wanted, white label kit to activity groups and sport clubs.

The Union went through a lengthy tender process, meeting with eight different kit suppliers, before shortlisting two final kit suppliers in Under Armour and O’Neills. An online poll was then released where Under Armour received 84% of the vote. We would like to thank both O’Neills and Under Armour for the time they took to apply for this opportunity to work with the Union. With Under Armour’s head retail office based in Manchester, we believe the Union and Under Armour can have a very strong partnership going forward, bringing a new level of excitement and pride representing Salford across all sporting competitions.

Under Armour will be providing two students with the opportunity to be ambassadors, who will be in place to help support Under Armour’s brand spread at the University of Salford, with opportunities for work placements and career advice from Under Armour.
