Ho Ho Ho! Christmas is knocking on the door and on behalf of the Students' Union and the sabbatical officers, I would like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!

I believe Christmas is the most beautiful time of the year - full of joy and happiness, family, friends, creating good memories, mulled wine, hot chocolate and PRESENTS! Make sure you get yourself a present too, not because it's Christmas but because you are an amazing person and a hard-working student and you should take the time to celebrate all you have achieved.

We do hope that you enjoy this festive season and the holidays and come back next year full of energy to smash the January exams, placements and coursework. And don't forget we are always here for you - just pop in or drop us a line. Keep the smiles on your faces. Be positive and relax!

If you need support over the break, please make sure you call Nightline, their number is on the back of your student card and they can give you confidential and free advice.

Merry Christmas and a happy new year! See you Janaury 4th!

Love from Marina,

University of Salford Students' Union President 2015/16
